COVID 19 Policy
All Things Sweet and Neat LLC is committed to ensuring the safety of its employees and customers. We recognize the importance of safety and ensure we maintain by following all safety guidelines outlined by state, federal and local public health officials.
We encourage customers to follow the required 14 day notice to timely secure orders. Deliveries and pick up will continue as required and where possible, contactless delivery and pick up will be made available. If you have been exposed or contract COVID-19, refunds on all orders 14 days or more from the scheduled event date will be provided, minus any material fees (toppers, flowers). If the event is less than 14 days out, we will make every attempt to accommodate a rescheduled date. In the event that ATSN staff contract COVID or are exposed, the customer will be notified and provided alternatives for a refund or rescheduled date.
